My philosophy on touch:
I believe that massage is an interactive process between two people. I encourage clear communication before, during and after the massage session. It is my responsibility as a massage therapist to provide a safe and ethical touch in a supportive space for my clients. I value the body-mind connection and try to be sensitive to boundaries, and the healing process.
I encourage people to be proactive in their own health, and am excited to be able to help facilitate their wellness.
Every massage is unique. Each session blends different techniques based on each client's needs. Everyone on my table deserves my focused undivided individual attention. I encourage clear communication, before, during and after the appointment. It is my intent for you to have the best possible experience. I hope that clients leave feeling relaxed, empowered, and well balanced.
